Deepest sympathy goes out to Janice's family and her close friends. I only got to meet Janice at the place I worked: St. James Rehabilitation Physiotherapy where she would come in needing a tune up or fix her back or work on her knees. I would hear talk to my boss Brian about their love for the game of curling.
God bless

The news of Jan's passing is truly heartbreaking. Some of my most special curling, and for that matter, life moments involved Jan. I am thankful for the opportunity to have known her, to learn from her and laugh with her over a Coors Light, and to call her a friend. RIP Jan. My sincerest condolences to Stan, Jillian and Jamie, and all the family.

I am so sorry to hear of Janice's passing. We just shared a drink with her at Deer
Lodge a few weeks ago at the Sr Provincial Championships. I have fond memories of curling against janice for many many years in the 80's. She was always a fierce competitor and we would go upstairs after and it would be all laughs with a few drinks interspersed! She always had a smile and welcome for me even though we had not seen each other for quite awhile. She will truly be missed.

Jan was a great friend and loving person. She will be sadly missed by myself and her closest of friends that made the annual trip up to Sioux Lookout.
