Obituary of EVELINE AGNES CROSSMAN
EVELINE AGNES CROSSMAN
After battling cancer with courage and strength, Eveline Agnes Crossman (nee Robillard) peacefully passed away with all her family by her side on July 31st, 2012 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 67.
Evie is predeceased by her parents Dorilda and Joseph Robillard and her son Derek. She is survived by her husband Bill, son Junior (Nicole) daughter-in-law Tori, sisters Irene, Germaine (Martin), Dorilda, Leona (Dick), Jo-Ann, Terry (Ed) and Karen (Dave), grandchildren Kayla, Tesla, Paige, Jordyn, Drayden, Noah and Lucas, great-grand children Odin, Chukulisa and Adalyn, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Evie was a hard working, loving, caring woman who didn’t do anything unless it could be done to perfection. Her passion in life were her grandchildren – the light in her life that she spoke of all the time and spent all of her time caring for and encouraging them. Once Evie retired for the second time in 2010 she could spend more time on her word puzzles, crocheting and doing jig saw puzzles. The season of Christmas embodied everything about what was true to Evie. Her generosity, having family gatherings and decorating for the season was everything to her and all would feel her love.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care Ward at St. Boniface Hospital.
Memorial service on Friday August 3rd, 2012 at 2 pm at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Evie’s memory can be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
