I didn't personally know Bill but I heard his name so often. Bill was the best man at the wedding of my mother and father, Murray and Dorothy Payne. The wedding took place somewhere in Winnipeg on June 21, 1047. My dad passed away June 23, 2001 and my mother will celebrate 99 years July 27, 2022. Bill Timms holds a special place in our hearts.
