Obituary of MICAELA BATHOL

MICAELA BATHOL It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother Micaela Bathol also known as “GiGi” or “Mama Mica” on March 6, 2016 at Heath Science Centre, at the young age of 101. Micaela is survived by: her daughters Margalie and Marie Lourdes: her sons Wilfort (Nicole), Jean (Ester), Robert (and wife): her grandchildren: Wilfort Jr. (Andree), Sybile (Nelson), Claudia, Jean-Pierre (Opal), Monique, Tatiana, Fritz-Gerald, Rosemond, and Gregory: her great-grandchildren Myiah, Simone, Xavier, Michael, Janelle and Daniel. She was predeceased by her three sisters Elina, Altagracia, Minalia in her native country of Haiti. The family would like to thank the staff at Parkview Place, for there many years of love and care that they had given her, where she lived for the past 5 years. Also many thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at the Health Science Centre for their tireless efforts in making sure the last few days of her life were comfortable. A ceremony in her memory will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street, with Pastor Bruce Logan officiating. We will be hosting a reception in the Rose Room followed by cremation in St. Andrews Manitoba.
