Obituary of MICHAL JAWORSKI
Suddenly, on Sunday, November 8, 2015, Michal beloved husband of Bernadette, passed away at the age of 62 years.
Michal is survived by his wife Bernadette; daughter Anna (Stan) Zoledowski; son Mark (Erin) Jaworski; grandchildren, Damyan, Emily, Krystian, Jacek, Adison, Kesler and Ethan; brothers, Stan (Charlotte) Jaworsky and Marian (Irene) Jaworski; sister Maria Majkrzyk; brother-in-law Jan (Jadwiga) Suszczynski; nieces and nephews, Beata Kozak, Ilona Niemczyk, Roman (Lisa) and James Jaworsky, Dorota (Rafal) Miroslawski, Ivona (Chris) Zaremba, Peter (Carla) Suszczyski and Peter (Anna) Kozak; as well as family in Poland. He was predeceased by his parents, Maria and Michal Jaworski; brother-in-law Richard Majkrzyk; and nephew Andrew Kozak.
Michal was born in Poland on October 22, 1953. In 1974 Michal and his parents arrived in Winnipeg. Michal was a long time member of the Polish Gymnastic Association Sokol Winnipeg and he worked for many years for UNISYS Canada.
Prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, November 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers are Peter Kozak, Peter Suszczynski, Roman Jaworsky, James Jaworsky, Chris Zaremba, and Rafal Miroslawski.
