Oanh was my neighbour and friend at West End Commons, she was a friendly lady who was quick to smile and open to everyone, I miss her smile and the conversations we shared, I miss Hannah who was a small friend to my 10 yr old son and a surrogate niece to me as well â„ I miss you everyday my friend!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. I was the volunteer doula from villa rosa who had the honour of attending Hannah's birth. I just learnt of Oanhs passing from the news. Oanh let me help her during one of the most intimate times in her life and I am so happy that I got to know her. She was such an intelligent wonderful woman. Hannah will grow to be a lovely woman because she had such a great mother!!! My condolences

To Oanh's Family and Friends,
I had the distinct privilege of teaching beautiful little Oanh at Tec Voc High School. Over the years, I have often thought of trying to find her to let her know that I have never forgotten her. You see, I mention her every single time I do a presentation for teachers and university teaching candidates. The story is rather simple: Years ago, upon our meeting, Oanh made a point of telling me how grateful she was to have her name pronounced correctly. For me, it seemed common courtesy, but for her, it was more than that. She was thrilled to be recognized as an individual and by her proper name. This struck me deeply. In one gesture, she made it very clear to this budding teacher that relationships are of paramount importance in education, as they are in life. Small gestures mean so much. Sometimes, while busy with the business of teaching, we lose sight of these things. Her lesson to me has been passed on, along with her name, to many, many educators. I tell you this story, because although Oanh's life has been cut short, her essence does, and will continue, to remain. For one so tiny, she has had a permanent impact on this world, and everyone with whom she has come into contact. Please know that this exceptional young lady lives on, in my heart, and in yours.

My deepest condolences go out to Oanh's family, and to all who knew and cared for her. Though I knew her for only a short time, it is clear to me what a sweet soul she was. she was a loving, devoted mother to her sweet little girl Hannah, and a thoughtful, caring person who greeted everyone she met with a smile and a few kind words. the world would be a better place if there were more people like Oanh in it, and she will be deeply missed by so many. sending much love, peace and healing to all who loved her.

My lovely wife.It is with deep sorrow and pain i received your death,i thought it was in my dream but i never i knew it was real.Death has take you away from me,whom will i call a wife again?. I least to expect this by now,the vacuum your death has caused me will be hard to fill.I take solace in the word of God that we shall meet one day to part no more.My wife,you were content with what you have,you were a woman with integrity and intelligent .
How do i start?. Where do i start from?. Oh death why now?. i am still imagining if what i am writing is tribute for death or a goodwill message.My heart was overwhelmed by a great surprise because i never knew it was going to be this way. No wonder a philosopher by name Plato said in his concept of idea world insisted that "whatever is valuable in universe is to be found only in the ideal world" that is,the world is formed not in the physical world". you were a strong and caring wife/mother,your achievements in life will be the head beat. Therefor, "as we come one by one,so we leave one by one". My lovely wife,God knows everything more than we know.May your gentle soul rest in the bosom of the LORD till the resurrection day Amen.
