JEAN ANNA BORT
It is with deep sadness we announce the sudden and untimely passing of Jean Anna Bort on July 20, 2015 at the family residence.
Jean is survived by her step-mother Stefania, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jean was predeceased by her birth mother Mary on October 20th, 1969 and her father Marian on January 21, 2015.
Jean was born on December 30, 1962, attending school in Winnipeg and attaining a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Studies & Political Science from the University of Winnipeg. Since early childhood, Jean was an active member of the Holy Ghost Church.
Jean will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by family and friends alike.
Prayers will be said on Sunday, July 26 at 7:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 27 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery, 4387 Main Street.
