Deepest heartfelt condolences to all who loved and have lost Susan. It was an honour to have Susan in a course I taught at the University of Manitoba a few years ago. I came to look forward to her writing and commentary; she was extraordinarily thoughtful, eloquent, and intelligent. I am sorry that she is gone. I know she will be greatly missed.
