I grew up next door to the MacArthur's, on the property to the north on the east side, where my parents still reside. I rode the bus with, and went to school with many of Neil's kids. I wish to extend my deepest condolences to each member of Neil's family. I am so sorry for this most sad time you all are going through. I pray you will all find joy in one way or another, cherishing in the life he made for you, and that you will make him proud in your endeavors to make family a priority, and carry on his legacy for many generations to come. It was nice knowing we had good neighbors all around us. What you can take from this, is to be that great neighbor that I know he'd want you to be, in each of your lives. Bloom where you are planted!
