Obituary of GEORGE BELA KERTAI

GEORGE BELA KERTAI On June 4, 2012 George passed away at St. Boniface Hospital after a lengthy illness. He leaves to mourn his sisters Margaret Szedo and Kornelia Gellert of Winnipeg; nephew Miklos Gellert and wife Zsuzsa of Budapest, Hungary; step daughter Cheryl Heming and husband Darrin Carlin of Winnipeg; sister-in-law Noel Anderson of San Angelo, Texas; brother-in-law Robert Astle and wife Judy of Deloraine, MB; close friends Bonnie Bahrychuk of Winnipeg and Miklos Szedo of Winnipeg. The family would like to extend special thanks to the St. Boniface Hospital nurses, doctors and staff. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 14 at 2:30 p.m.at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will be in Deloraine, MB next to his wife Louise at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George’s memory to the St. Boniface Hospital and Research Foundation
