SCOTT KARL SINGH

Obituary of SCOTT KARL SINGH

SCOTT KARL SINGH It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear Scott on March 14, 2015, at the age of 24 years. Scott grew up in Winnipeg, attending Sister MacNamara, General Wolfe and Gordon Bell Schools. He recently resided in Vancouver. Scott is survived by his mother Florence Jean, stepfather Denis, and sister Christianna (Rod). He will be lovingly missed by his Grandma Jenny (Alex), aunt Irene, uncles Rob, Tom and Tony, aunt Pauline (Mike), nephew Rodney, niece Angel, cousins Erin, Salem and Cameron and family members in Trinidad. He was predeceased by his father Sam in 1995, his uncle Albert in 2012, and his brother Calvin in 2014. Scott was the energetic jokester who always made us laugh. Inside that young man was an intelligent, articulate individual who could relate to anyone he met. He loved sports, whether playing or watching. Nobody could catch him on the football field. Scott was extremely proud of his Trinidadian heritage and had dreams of going to Trinidad again. Scott went to Vancouver for a fresh start, always keeping his Winnipeg family close to his heart. Scott had the great ability of looking at the positive side of any situation and brought his unique sense of humour into tough times. Wherever he went, people loved him. He had a special way with people, he had a kind heart that was reflected in the way he treated those around him. Scott was a tremendous influence on his niece and nephew. It's hard to imagine a world with Scott no longer in it. We are comforted by the fact that you are safe in God's arms in heaven with your older brother, Calvin and your dad, Sam. Until we meet again, forever in our hearts. The Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., at Inkster.
