VENCE CADEZ
Peacefully on October 9, 2014 surrounded by family, our beloved brother and uncle
passed away at the age of 88.
Vence is survived by his sister Lena, sister-in-law Adrienne, nieces Loretta, Elda, Linda
(Larry), nephews Richard (Karen), Ronald (Lisa), great-nieces Michelle, Anna, Julia
and great-nephew Joshua.
Predeceased by parents Josef and Carolina, brother Roman and brother-in-law Luis.
Vence was born in Kozana, ltaly now Slovenia and came to Canada in 1951. A self-
taught man who excelled at all his interests especially at restoring antique cars. He
retired from the City of Winnipeg in 1995.
He was a true gentleman, kind and loving to his family and always willing to help us.
He cherished his close friendships.
The family wishes to thank all his special doctors at St. Boniface and the wonderful and
caring staff at Vista Park Lodge.
A private celebration of his life has been held. Pallbearers were the family and Dan Mori. Honorary Pallbearer was Ken Mori.
