Obituary of VERONICA MRENA

VERONIKA MRENA Peacefully on Sunday, September 7, 2014 Veronika Mrena, age 79 years, passed away at the Concordia Hospital. Veronika was predeceased by her husband Milan in 1988 and her parents Martin and Yanka Cedzo. She will be sadly missed by her children Chuck (Jacqueline) Mrena, Rick (Kimberly) Mrena, Susan (Marc) Luneau; grandchildren Kristin (Rithy), Erin (Christopher), James, Alexander, Jordan, Daria and Veronica’s brother John (Irene) and niece Cindy Cedzo. Veronica was a very dedicated and devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed her visits from her grandchildren and get-togethers. According to Veronika’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, September 12 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Transcona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
