Obituary of HELDER SERPA

HELDER SERPA On Saturday, August 23, 2014 Helder Serpa of Winnipeg, MB, beloved son, brother, family member and friend passed away at the age of 57 years. Helder is survived by his mother Eulalia; step-father Carlos; brother Humberto (Beth) and brother Jose; sister Tina (Keith); nieces and nephews, Karla (Kurt), Scott (Diana), Emily and Joseph; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends here as well as in Portugal. Helder now joins his father, grandparents and several aunts and uncles who have passed before him. The family would like to thank the following people, Msgr. Comeault, Gloria Vicente, Antonio Jose, and friends and members of the Sporting Club. In accordance with the family’s wishes cremation has taken place. Prayers will be said on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, August 30 at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help RC Church, 4588 Roblin Blvd. with interment in Holy Family Cemetery.
