Obituary of KAZIMIERA ZBROG

KAZIMIERA ZBROG Peacefully on Friday, August 8, 2014, Kazia passed away at Concordia Hospital with family by her side. Kazia was predeceased by her husband Antoni. She will be sadly missed by daughter Cecylia (Brian) McCracken; sons John (Karen), Morris, Andrew (Susie) and Mitch (Heather); 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and other relatives in Poland. Kazia and her husband immigrated to Canada in 1961 with 5 young children to begin their new life. She loved her home and garden. A very hard working woman, family was very important to her and we all have very fond memories of her wonderful cooking and family get-togethers. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kazia’s memory may be made to Central Speech & Hearing (Friends of the Clinic), Suite 2-1325 Markham Rd., Ft. Garry, MB R3T 4J6.
