Obituary of WIESLAW JEZAK

Wieslaw Jezak It is with deep sadness the family announces the passing of Wieslaw on October 23, 2011 at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 62 years. Wieslaw leaves to mourn his wife Elzbieta, and 2 sons Jarek and Wojtek. He also leaves to mourn his brother and 2 sisters in Poland, 2 sisters-in-law, as well as many other family members and friends. The family wishes to thank the P.G.A. Sokol Winnipeg members, as well as Seven Oaks General Hospital for their excellent care. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 TIME TO BE DETERMINED at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Parish, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment will be on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Cemetery, 4387 Main Street. Family and friends are welcome to meet at the cemetery gates.
