Miles MacDonnell Assembly 0370. Sergei served as a volunteer for Winnipeg Police Service, Grace Hospital and was a member of the Board of Directors of Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba. Sergei was a devoted family man. He was as large in life as he was in stature. He was a caring, forgiving, and generous spiritual being who lived life for each day and counted life’s many blessings. His faith was unshakeable, even in the face of challenge. He left lasting impressions on his students, his family and his community, and will remain forever in our hearts.
