MARTIN YANCHUK
Peacefully passed away at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre, on Monday, June 22, 2009 at the age of 62. He was the son of the late Agnes Yanchuk.
He is survived by his loving sister Elsie and family of Ottawa and one brother Tony. He will be sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Special thanks to his aunt Mary for all her support and caring over the years and also his aunt Lena. Many thanks to the hospital staff at the Victoria General Hospital over the past few years and the Health Sciences Centre for their support over the last few months.
A service will be held at a future date.
Donations to the Heart and Stoke Foundation in lieu of flowers would be appreciated.
