My deepest sympathies to you the family of Frank Weins. Last night was the first I read of his passing and unfortunately was unable to attend the service today. In 1977, as a 15year old boy without a father, from a single parent family, I met a man who would help create the foundation for the person I am today. No other man has had such a profoundly positive effect on my life. I was actually thinking of him two weeks ago, and often reflect on his philosophies. I value the personal one-on-one time he was able to devote to me when I sought his guidance. I valued his patience as he waited for me to realize my shortcomings. He was a gentle man, a strong man, a true leader, devoted to his beliefs and his mission. The three years until graduation in 1980 were hands-down some of the best years of my life and I owe so much to Frank. I always missed him when I left and will miss him forever. God Bless.
