JOSEPH WERBICKI
With great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and Gigi on April 13, 2009 at Fred Douglas Lodge at the age of 94.
Left to cherish his memory is his devoted wife of 67 years Sophie, daughter Patricia {John} Slobodian, granddaughter Andrea, brother Walter and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Andrew and Anna, brother Mike; sisters Stella, Evelyn, Olga, Lena and Mary.
Joe was a lifelong member of St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church and was retired from Swift Canadian Co. Many thanks to nurses and staff in Willow Unit. Funeral service with Father Isidore Dziadyk, OSBM officiating will be held on Friday, April 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main at Inkster with interment at Holy Family Cemetery.
