Roy Vivar With a saddened heart, we mourn the death of Roy. He passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 22, 2008. He was born in Cavite, Philippines on February 26, 1968 to Aniceto and Felicidad (Alvarez) Vivar. Roy grew up in Winnipeg and graduated from Maples Collegiate Institute. He leaves behind his parents; his sister, Dana (Alvin Pamandanan); his nephew and niece, Daniel and Alanah; aunts and uncle, Jose (Sonia) Alvarez, Ruben (Edith) Alvarez, Dan (Maria Fe) Alvarez, Samson (Alicia) Alvarez and Eleanor Alvarez; and many cousins in Winnipeg, Vancouver, USA, Australia and Philippines. A celebration of life will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Sunday, April 27, 6:00 p.m. to midnight.
