Obituary of Samantha THOMPSON

SAMANTHA THOMPSON It is with heavy hearts and great sorrow that the family and friends of Samantha Madison Thompson announce her sudden passing on November 3, 2008 at the age of nine years old. Samantha was born on December 1st, 1998 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Samantha leaves to mourn her parents Danielle and Randy, grandparents Patricia Goodby (Ron Coulombe), Bernice Moskal-Frick and Melvin Anderson, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many special friends. Samantha was predeceased by Lottie and George Whittington, Sam Rodko, Phyllis Rodko, Bernard Mason and Vera Anderson. Samantha attended third grade at Polson School where she made many close friendships and brought much joy to all the lives she touched there. Throughout Samantha's precious life she enjoyed horseback riding, gym, long walks, sports, being with people and being outdoors. She especially loved being out at the lake this past summer. People who knew Samantha knew that helium balloons were her favourite as they brought her big smiles with lots of laughter! Samantha had many people in her short life who have given her love, dedication, support and encouragement. Our thanks are given to: NICU at Children's Hospital, SMD, Children's Special Services Rehab Centre for Children, Transportation (River East School Division), and Manitoba Wheelchair Services.
