MARIA LURDES TEIXEIRA

On March 15, 2009, with her family by her side, Maria passed away at Grace Hospital at the age of 88 years.

Maria leaves to mourn three daughters, a son, three sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn family in Montreal and San Miguel.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Fernando, and two daughters, Isabel and Maria.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of St. Joseph's Residence and the doctors and nurses of Grace Hospital, 4th Floor for all their care and compassion.

Prayers will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2009at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Thursday, March 19 at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed John XXIII Church, 3390 Portage Avenue with Rev. Msgr. Maurice J. Comeault P.H. celebrating. Interment at Assumption Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 300-6 Donald Street, Wpg., MB.
