Clara STARKELL Obituary

CLARA (CLE) STARKELL

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Aunt on Saturday, February 6, 2010.

Mom was predeceased by her beloved husband, Phillip, her father and mother, Samuel and Florence Ellis, her brother Sam and sisters Florence, Joyce and Essie.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Lynne (Roman)and Lori (Rob) and grandchildren Justin, Tiffany, Megan, Braden and Rylee; her sister Rose and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mom was born on June 12, 1925 and grew up in West Kildonan where she attended Centennial School and was an honour roll student. Mom was a devoted wife and mother and especially proud of her grandchildren. Our Mom's Strength and independence was an inspiration to us all. She will be lovingly remembered and forever remain in our hearts.

Special Thanks to the compassionate staff on the 3rd floor of Seven Oaks Hospital.

Respecting Mom's request, cremation has taken place and no Service will be held.

Flowers are gratefully declined.
