Oliver Renville

On July 30, 2010 at the Health Science Centre, Oliver Renville died peacefully at the age of 72 years.

Oliver was born in Sprague, Manitoba on April 16, 1938 and moved to Winnipeg with his family as a child.

He is survived by his son, John. He is also survived by his brothers, Jim and Ed and sisters, Josephine "Toots" and Sharon. His nephews and nieces include Owen, Darren, Allyson, Tommy, Shane, and Judy.

He was predeceased by his wife Doreen in 1996.

Oliver held various jobs as a young man including mineral mining in BC but his main occupation was a flooring installer for over 40 years. "The best in western Canada" he would boast.

He will be remembered for his friendly, jovial personality and hearty, infectious laugh.

In keeping with Oliver's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service held.
