Obituary of Gertrude Penner

Gertrude Penner Peacefully on March 28, 2011 at Donwood Manor Personal Care Home Trudy passed away at the age of 92. She is survived by her two daughters, Sandi (Rick) Scanlan, Judy (Laurie Kimpel) son George (Jodi) and their families. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Brent, Kyleigh, Aaron, and Breanne, 3 great grandchildren Devonte, Isabel and Emma. Trudy was born in the Ukraine moving to Canada at a young age. She has gone home to be with her parents, brothers, sisters and eldest grandson Adam. Special thanks to the staff of Donwood Manor for their care and compassion. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 1, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at Inkster. Interment will follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Elm Creek Cemetery.
