Obituary of Sr. Parent

Sr. Claire Parent S. Marguerite du Sacr�-Coeur Sister Claire Parent (Sr Marguerite du Sacr�-Coeur) passed away at Tach� Centre on October 20, 2008 at the age of 94 years. She was a member of the religious congregation of the Missionary Oblate Sisters of St. Boniface for 70 years. Claire was born in Thetford Mines, QC on August 14, 1914. She was the eldest daughter of Joseph Parent and Virginie Breton, both of St. Victor de Beauce, QC. She leaves to mourn her passing the members of her religious congregation, her sisters Marguerite Lessard (Andr�) and Marthe Lamontagne (the late Guy), her nephews, Marc (Judith), Father Claude, Yves (France) and Michel, s.j., her great nephews and great niece, Vincent, Simon, David and Audrey as well as many cousins and friends. Claire was predeceased by her parents, her brother Louis-Marie (Gis�le Roy) and her sister Madeleine Fecteau (Henri). The Missionary Oblate Sisters of St. Boniface express their sincere appreciation to the staff at Tach� Centre for their care and compassion. Prayers are on Friday, October 24, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Missionary Oblate Sisters at 601 Aulneau Street, Winnipeg, MB.
