Obituary of Peter MAZEPA

PETER MAZEPA Peacefully on August 27, 2010, Peter passed away at the age of 92. Peter was born in Winnipeg on October 29, 1917. He was predeceased by his father Nate and mother Tekla; wife Sally; son Wayne, brother John and nephew Richard. He is survived by his daughter Cherlyn (Jerry) Shell; grandchildren Nicole and Kory; sister-in-law Eleanor Mazepa; nieces and nephews. Peter had a wonderful life. He spent 35 winters in Hawaii and made many friends there. He was very close to Nicole and Kory as he virtually raised them. Peter will truly be missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, September 1 at 3:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
