Obituary of Victor Malyk
VICTOR MALYK
With great sadness, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, dad, grandpa, brother and friend on January 7, 2011.
He will be lovingly remembered by his lifelong love of 54 years, wife Jean; as well as his daughters, Cory Kress (Jack), Cheryl Zelenitsky (Myles), Loreley Harder (Wendell), his grandchildren Danica, Michael, Alexandra, Nicholas, Austin, Victoria, Elli and his foster grandchildren Keaston and Jessica. He is also remembered by his brother Bob Malyk (Anne).
Victor was born in Malonton, MB on October 15, 1933. He was predeceased by his parents, Mary and William and brother, Tom.
Vic had a big heart, a big laugh and was loved by all. As a young man, Vic taught at Willow Creek School, then eventually moved on into the construction industry.
Upon retiring, Vic enjoyed his grandchildren, church, gardening and was proud of being conferred to the Knights of Columbus.
