Obituary of Rosemary MacLaren

Rosemary MacLaren Dec 9, 1928 - June 9, 2009 On June 9, 2009 with her family at her side, Rosemary (Mom, Gramie) went home to be with her heavenly Father. Rosemary will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Cindy Dudeck, Susan Swain, Jeanette Petriew, her sons Michael Trembley and Marshall Trembley. She also leaves to cherish her memory her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends. Rosemary was born in England, and relocated to Ontario Canada as a war bride, and she spent most of her life in Winnipeg. Rosemary is predeceased by her mother and father Boultwood, husband Elmer Trembley, daughter Lillian Sandison, and her granddaughter Baby Lillian. Rosemary will be remembered for her laughter, smiles, and the love and support that she gave to everyone. She was generous and always put her family before herself. We here on earth lost a wonderful person, but now she rests in peace in Heaven. Our Lord received a beautiful soul. We are at a loss for losing a truly wonderful person, but we know that she is in a better place with no more suffering. Before many illnesses suffered, Rosemary enjoyed attending church, camping and travelling. She loved being around family and friends as much as she could. We will also remember Rosemary for her loyalty, honesty and trust and many other great qualities that she had to give. Her smile, great humor and quick wit always lit up the room and she loved to make people laugh, even if she did not try. Rosemary will be sadly missed and in our hearts forever. The family would like to thank the staff at Concordia Place Nursing Home for their efforts and support while she resided there. A ceremony to celebrate her life will take place on Friday, June 12, 2009 at 10:00 am at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street in Winnipeg with Pastor E. Wiebe officiating. Burial will follow at St. Andrews on the Red Cemetery on River Road in the RM of St. Andrews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, in memory of Rosemary.
