Vance will be greatly missed. He was one of the happiest and friendliest people I know. I had the pleasure of knowing Vance since 2001. He loved being at Falcon; and you could see the excitement build in him when one of his kids would be comming to the lake. Vance genuinely enjoyed life.

My heartfelt condolences to the family and to everyone who had the opportunity to cross paths with Vance. I am the Recreation Coordinator at Lions Place. Vance always had a smile on his face and showed genuine appreciation for all that we do for the residents of Lions Place. I feel very fortunate to have seen Vance on Wednesday December 10th at our Annual Resident Christmas Dinner. Vance volunteers every year to serve dinner to the seniors. We had a great laugh together and exchanged holiday greetings. I am greatful to have had one last laugh with him. God bless Aviva Tabac

I met Vance when I was 18 years old. People were immediately drawn to Vance Jr. as he had a terrific smile, sparkling eyes and a fabulous personality. I knew him to always speak highly of his children and all his close friends. He will always be remembered as one awesome gentleman. He is now an angel. Forever missed, Lynne Cooper

Vance was a special friend and I have many wonderful memories of our days as students at the U of M. He had a truly generous spirit and even though I haven't seen him for years, I will miss him. To all who knew and loved him, I share your sadness.

My heart goes out to Vance's son, Brent, daughter, Lia, and all those close to him. I felt so sad when I saw hm smiling up at me from the newspaper, looking not much different than he did in 1969. Rest peacefully, Vance.

I met Vance when we were members of the Metro business club. I found him to be sincere, positive and always knew which direction he was headed. I appreciate the business he gave me as the owner of Plant World Florists. Many many people will carry the memories of Vance forward. My condolences to his family.

I was your Dad's hygienist for many years. I looked forward to having him come in every six months. We had some great talks...some serious, some funny. He always gave me great advice and really cared about what was going on in my life. He was a great guy and I will miss him. Karen
