Christopher Glaser Obituary

Christopher Anton Gerald Glaser

With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved son, brother, and uncle on June 12, 2008 in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Christopher will be lovingly remembered by his mother Wendy (Dave) his father Gerald, step mother Barb, sisters Melanie and Heather, brother Bryant, and nephew Zachary. As well as his Auntie Judy, cousins Kyle and Kari in Vancouver, Auntie Connie in Comox, Auntie Bernice and Uncle Larry, and numerous cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents Anton and Margaret Glaser and Harold and Noreen Redpath.

Chris was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on December 5, 1975. He grew up in North Kildonan where his friends knew Christopher as " Ace Glaser." He loved to travel and lived in Vancouver and Costa Rica.

Charm and charisma were Christopher's personal strengths, which resulted in a vast community of friends.

His mischievous smile would light up a room and warm the hearts of young and old. He was an adventurer who lived life to the fullest.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Yolanda and all his friends in Costa Rica. A memorial service was held in Costa Rica on June 18, 2008. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service celebrating Christopher's life will be held on Tuesday, June 24 at 12:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

An online book of condolences may be signed at www.cropo.com.

We will always remember your big brown eyes and beautiful smile. Forever in our hearts. Your loving family
