Obituary of Anthony Fedorowich

Anthony Ernest Fedorowich Anthony Ernest Fedorowich, of Winnipeg, Manitoba died suddenly, Tuesday, December 29, 2009 in Emergency at Grace General Hospital, Winnipeg, MB. Born in Fork River, Manitoba, July 26, 1928, to Joseph and Francis Fedorowich, Anthony received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1956 from the University of Manitoba. He worked at Mall Drugs and Tilley's Pharmacy in Kenora for most of his working career and was well known and liked by the community for his humour and sincere interest in the quality of life of his patrons. He was an eclectic and avid hobbyist of astronomy, wood carving, ceramic pottery and water colour painting of which he received inspiration from the natural beauty of Lake of the Woods. Anthony is survived by his wife, Olive, his son Joseph and daughter in law Sharon (Granove), sisters Helen Smendziuk and Elenor Cutshaw. Anthony was predeceased by his brothers, John, Michael, and Marvin, also, his sisters Marion Young, Anne Quirk, Elsie Carrol and Edna Fedorowich. Your presence is greatly missed and you will always be within our hearts. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Church at 341 Munroe Ave. at Watt St., Winnipeg, MB.
