S. Jeanne Cormier S. Marie Sainte-Lucille Le dimanche, 17 juillet 2011 S. Jeanne Cormier fit son entr�e � la maison du P�re � l'�ge de 94 ans. Elle �tait membre de la Congr�gation des Missionnaires Oblates de Saint-Boniface depuis 69 ans. Jeanne naquit � La Salle, au Manitoba, le 6 f�vrier 1917. Son p�re, Donat Cormier, est n� � Sainte-Ang�le-de-Laval, Qu�bec, et sa m�re, Lucille Guertin, est n�e � Beloeil, Qu�bec. SÃ…“ur Jeanne Cormier laisse dans le deuil sa famille religieuse, les membres de la congr�gation des Missionnaires Oblates de St-Boniface, et des ni�ces et neveux. Elle fut pr�c�d�e dans la mort par ses parents, trois fr�res, L�on, Alexandre et F�lix (feue Jeannette Lafortune), et trois sÃ…“urs, Marie, Ang�le Mah� (feu Joseph) et Priscille. Les pri�res seront le vendredi, 22 juillet 2011 � 10 h en la chapelle de la Villa Aulneau, 601 rue Aulneau, Winnipeg, MB. Les fun�railles seront c�l�br�es � 13 h 30 au m�me endroit. Le P�re Albert Bouffard, o.m.i. pr�sidera la c�l�bration. L'inhumation aura lieu apr�s les fun�railles au Cimeti�re Saint-Boniface, rue Archibald. La direction des fun�railles est confi�e au salon Mortuaire Cropo. Sister Jeanne Cormier Sister Jeanne Cormier (Sr. Marie Sainte-Lucille) passed away at St-Boniface Hospital on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the age of 94. She was a member of the religious Congregation of the Missionary Oblate Sisters of St-Boniface for 69 years. Jeanne was born in La Salle, Manitoba, on February 6th, 1917. Her father, Donat Cormier, was born in Sainte-Ang�le-de-Laval, QC, and her mother, Lucille Guertin, was a native of Beloeil, QC. Sister Cormier leaves to mourn her passing the members of her religious congregation, the Missionary Oblate Sisters of St-Boniface, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers, L�on, Alexandre and F�lix (the late Jeannette Lafortune), three sisters, Marie, Ang�le Mah� (the late Joseph), and Priscille. Prayers are on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel at Villa Aulneau, 601 Aulneau Street, Winnipeg, MB. Funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the same address. Father Albert Bouffard, o.m.i. will preside the celebration. Following the funeral service, interment will take place at the Saint-Boniface Cemetery on Archibald Street. The Missionary Oblate Sisters of St-Boniface express their sincere appreciation to the staff at Villa Aulneau for their care and compassion. Donations in memory of Sister Jeanne Cormier may be sent to Aulneau Renewal Centre, 228 Hamel Street, Winnipeg (MB) R2H 0K6. The Aulneau Renewal Centre is a counselling centre founded by the Missionary Oblate Sisters of St- Boniface.
