We would like to express our HEARTFELT sympathy to all of your family. I knew Gerry from when he worked in Pine Falls...and believe me, Gerry made the trip to the meat department VERY entertaining! He was a really GOOD guy, and I DEEPLY appreciated the friendship he had with my eldest daughter, Dani-Lynn. She worked with Gerry since she was 15, and many times expressed to me that he was like a big brother to her......they were defintely 2 peas in a pod, trying to see who could get the other's goat first!(usually Gerry was the winner!) Again, we want to let you know how sorry we were to hear of Gerry's passing.....that is a HUGE loss, for sure. Sincerly....Lynda and Eddie Miller

Nat and Tex. Words cannot express our sadness on the death of Gerry Junior. We will certainly miss the sound of his Harley rumbling down the lane at Grand Marais. Our most sincere condolences to you and your family.

Tex and Nat. Bruce and I cannot begin to express our sincere shock and sadness with the loss of Gerry Junior. He had become a welcome friend at the cottage, and we will miss the sound of his Harley rumbling down the lane in the summer. We both want you to know you are in our thoughts, and hope you know how truly saddened we are for the loss of your son, brother, uncle and friend. Our deepest condolences to you and your family.

Words can't express the sadness I felt when I learned of Gerry's passing. I don't remember exactly how we ended up discovering our common desire to tour the world, but I do know that those 4+ months we spent travelling Europe in '73 are amongst my fondest memories. What a great adventure we had. Coops was given the nickname Peguis by the group we travelled with for a portion of our trip, due to some of the yarns he would spin. I know that the rest of the boys - Lars, Big Daddy, and Kiwi would join me in offering sincere condolences on the loss of a great guy. See you on the other side Peguis - "McDuff".

Gerry aka "Coops" was a great great friend and a caring individual. As his obituary so aptly states "He was a loyal and loving person and always willing to help anyone." Stay gold my friend. Chuck
