NESTA IRIS COLLINS

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Nesta on July 30, 2010.

Leaving to cherish her memory are: husband Roy Collins; daughters Janet Warden, Kathy Zimmerman and son Graham; three grandchildren Carla Zimmerman, Robert Collins and Kevin Collins.

Nesta was born March 8, 1925 in Southend-on-Sea, England. She married Roy, a Canadian service man, in England and moved to Winnipeg in January 1945. Roy reunited with Nesta in August 1945 and they lived together and raised a family in Charleswood for 64 years.

A special thanks is extended to Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg for their patience, caring and kindness.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nesta's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
