Obituary of STEPHEN WALTER MICAL

STEPHEN WALTER MICAL Stephen passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2013 at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his mother Mary; his brother Orest; and his sister-in-law. He will be remembered by the many friends that he met and kept throughout his life. He was predeceased by his father Walter. Stephen was a dedicated member of the Winnipeg Police Service. He gave back to his community in many ways through his contributions to the Folklorama Ukrainian Pavillion, and he expressed himself through his artwork. He was also compassionate and caring which was evident by his support to the Children’s Hospital Foundation. He enjoyed spending time with his mother. Stephen was very positive and was always very helpful and would do anything for anyone. He never complained about his ailments or any of his challenges. A memorial service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Monday, October the 7th, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation. He will be dearly missed by all.
