She came to Canada in 1968 with her two young children to join her husband, already in Canada since 1962. She fell in love with Canada and everything it had to offer her family. During the last 30 years, Constanca and Herculano divided their time between Canada and Portugal, but she always looked forward to coming home to Canada, the place she loved. From the bottom of our heavy hearts, our family would like to thank this most special lady for her guidance and love. We will never forget all that you have done for us. Rest in peace, your work is done.
Our family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Support staff at Riverview for their wonderful and compassionate care.
