Wilma Jean Wright

August 11, 1938 – September14, 2023 

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Wilma Jean Wright (Law) on September 14, 2023 at the age of 85.

Wilma was predeceased by her loving husband Dick (Richard) Wright, her parents Margaret and William Law, brother Henry Law, and sister Isabel McGregor. 

She will be fondly remembered by her sister Margaret Moorhouse (Michael) of Calgary and her many nieces and nephews with whom she always enjoyed spending time. Special thanks to her niece Carole Worden for her long time support of Wilma.

Wilma worked many years at the Silver Heights Medical Clinic. She touched the lives of the patients with her kind and professional manner. Wilma spent hours over the years in curling rinks supporting Dick. In retirement she and Dick enjoyed their winters in Arizona.

A heartfelt thank you to the staff of the Middle Church Home for their compassionate care over the last two years. 

As to Wilma's wishes there will be a private family gathering in her memory.
