Obituary of THERESA BOYCHUK
Theresa Kathleen Boychuk
(nee McNicol)
1955 – 2017
With profound sadness, the family of Theresa announce her passing on July 12, 2017. She leaves behind her husband Charles Thomas, sons Mike (Aimee), Greg (Athilee), Dwayne (Chelsea), Doug, brothers Gordon (Carole), Ken (Norma), Keith (Margarite), sisters Shirley, Brenda (Frank), Joann (Mike), six grandchildren, and many cherished nieces and nephews.
Theresa was predeceased by her husband Edward, her parents Stewart and Betty McNicol, and her siblings Gail and Vince.
Theresa was born and raised in Roblin, MB but spent the majority of her life in Winnipeg. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, and time in her yard, with her flowers. She treasured her fishing trips with Charles. Theresa’s main passion in life though, was helping everyone she cared about. Her tireless and selfless dedication was admirable. Her caring heart was felt by all. Theresa loved and accepted everyone for the unique people that they were.
Her beautiful, contagious smile touched our hearts until her very last day. Theresa will be always missed and forever loved.
Rather than say Theresa lost her battle with cancer, the family would like to say that she simply got tired, traded in her boxing gloves for angel wings, and moved up in rank for a job well done.
Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Theresa’s honour to: the Frosting Foundation at www.frostingfoundation.ca
