Obituary of TERRY KENDALL

TERRY KENDALL

After a valiant battle with cancer on July 29th, 2017, Terry Kendall of Marquette MB passed away at Stonewall Hospital.  Born in 1946 to Phil and Ethel Kendall and little brother to Phyllis Berens all who left this world before him.

Left to remember him is his wife of many years Eleanor; daughter Ann (Peter) Godfrey and boys Ryan, Trevor and Chad; son Terrance Jr.(Debbie) and boys Jesse, Bradie, Caden; daughter Karen (Jim) Bird and kids  P.J (Alicia), Will (Shawn), Kendra (Ryan); great grandsons Connor, Jessie, Jack.

Dad loved to fish, play guitar and was great at fixing cars.  He was a social butterfly and loved to talk to everyone. He enjoyed harassing his favorite cousins, Buckethead and friends by e-mail, he will be missed for that. His best friend he always thought of as a brother, Dave Larson, he would look forward to coffee at Tim’s and just wait for Dave to be coming through again. His old fishing buddy Phil Gibson he would pick up and go hang out with.

We can’t say Thank you enough to niece Cindy for being there for his  final days and hours he would be (lol) forever grateful and proud of you and Kendra for holding his hand while he took his final breath. Family would like to thank all the nurses at Stonewall District Health Center for their care and making sure he was pain free in his final days. Dr. Zahiri who finally got him the right diagnosis when all other Drs. couldn’t.

Dad loved all animals specially his two dogs Teko and Sam so in lieu of flowers, he would appreciate any donation to a pet rescue close to wherever you live.

There will be no funeral as dad always said he wanted to be buried upside down so the relatives have a place to park their bicycles. Unfortunately dad, the cemetery would frown upon that so we are just going to put you in the ground. I’m taking care of mom you have no worries, till me meet again,  bye dad,  I’m going to miss you and I’m going to try not to cry. With Love Karen
