Obituary of BORIS (BOB) DMITRIEW

Boris (Bob) Dmitriew Bob passed away suddenly on January 2, 2017. Bob was born September 16, 1955. He had retired as a health care aide at St. Boniface Hospital, where he was employed for over 30 years. He will be remembered as a gruff and warm-hearted guy, who loved to get a rise out of people. He had a great love of music from the British Invasion, with the Rolling Stones being his favourite. He was predeceased by his parents, Helen and William Dmitriew. Prayers will be said on Thursday, January 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Church, 732 Alfred Ave. Funeral Service will be on Friday , January 13 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Avenue. “Bob, you will be missed”
