Obituary of DUNCAN FARLEY BARR

DUNCAN FARLEY BARR It is with great sadness, the siblings of Duncan Farley Barr announce the sudden passing of their beloved brother on May 7, 2014. He was an exceptional man, with strong beliefs and the courage of his convictions. Family, Friends and Glider Flying were some of his passions along with computer gaming and his love of life and music. Duncan was always the life of the party. Duncan had quite a few jobs in his life, the last being at the City of Winnipeg since 1986. The thing he took to all of them was his personality and sense of humour which he left with all he met. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Audrey. Duncan is survived by siblings June (Reg), Gigi (Wilf), Timothy (Gloria), Stuart (Cheryl) and four nephews Beau, Harley, Christopher and Cole and many friends. Thank you to all the medical staff that cared for Duncan in his time of need. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 16 at 2:00 p.m. Don’t dress drab this is a celebration!!!! Honorary pallbearers are Timothy, Stuart, Harley, Christopher, Wilf and Ken. Instead of flowers, we will be collecting for a park bench marker in a City Park, thank you.
