Obituary of DINIZ SOARES MEDEIROS

DINIZ SOARES MEDEIROS Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather passed away with his family by his side on April 17, 2014. Diniz leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Albertina; his children Carminda Benevides (Alberto), Jose Carlos Medeiros (Ana), Odete Rodrigues (Joao); 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He will also be missed by many family and friends. Diniz was born November 11, 1922 in Sao Miguel, Acores, Portugal. The family would like to thank the staff at the Health Sciences Centre, ICU and step down unit for everything they did for Diniz. Prayers will be said on Wednesday, April 23 at 8:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 24 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church. Interment to follow in Assumption Cemetery.
