Obituary of MICHAEL GEORGE ALLEN

MICHAEL GEORGE ALLEN February 3, 1966 – November 14, 2013 Mike passed away after a brave battle with cancer at the age of 47, with family by his side. Mike/Dad will be greatly missed by the love of his life Kathy and his beloved boys, Brett and Darcy, their mother, Donna; Mike's mother Hugaette Simone; and numerous relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Peter Allen. Loved ones will always carry a strong love and many heartfelt memories. He will be especially missed by his three nephews, Chris, Jay and David (“Mike, you will always be our “brother”, 40 Creek will never be the same without you! See you on the other side.”) Mike lived life to the fullest. We’ll miss your piercing blue eyes and charismatic spirit. Avery special thanks to Mooch and Rob. You are the best of friends. Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, November 21 at 12:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Reception to follow at Prince Edward Legion, Branch 81, 300 Trent Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mike’s memory to D’Arcy’s A.R.C.
