Obituary of Harry LARTER
HARRY BUNN LARTER
1919 - 2009
It is with great sorrow that we announce Bunn's passing. He closed his eyes and on January 16, Bunn journeyed home to be with his God, his wife Ina, family and friends.
Bunn leaves to mourn, his children, Derek (Barb), Bryan (Heather) and Karen,; his grandchildren, Robert, Michael and Jacqueline, Derek and Aaron, Jeff and Shawna and his great grandchildren, Noah and Jayden.
Bunn also leaves to mourn, his sister-in-law Caroline, Cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.
As a young man, Bunn served his country during WWII as a trooper with the XII Manitoba Dragoons and saw active service in Holland, Belgium, Germany and France.
In 1949 Bunn married Ina and together they raised their children.
We will always remember Dad's quick wit and his sense of humour as well as his zest for life and willingness to help others.
Many thanks to Concordia Hospital staff, Home Care staff and Cropo Funeral Chapel.
A very special thank you to Glenn and Simon for their love and support.
Cremation has already taken place and there will be no service at this time. Interment will take place at a later date.
In life we loved you dearly In death we love you still In our hearts you hold a place No one could ever fill.
If tears could build a stairway And heartache make a lane We'd walk the path to heaven And bring you back again.
Our family chain is broken And nothing seems the same But as God calls us, one by one The chain will link again.
"We'll love you and miss you forever!"
