It is with deep sadness and great faith in God’s promise of eternal life that we announce the peaceful passing of Joaquim Clemente Morgadinho, on July 24, 2026, at the age of 75. Joaquim passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family by his side, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a legacy of love.

Born in Silvares, Portugal, Joaquim carried with him the values of family, faith, kindness, and devotion throughout his life. He was a beloved husband to Rosa, and a loving father to Nuno (Maria). He was a proud grandfather to Sofia and Natalia, who brought him immense joy and filled his heart with love and pride.

Joaquim will be lovingly remembered by his siblings: José (Ermelinda), Florentino (Susan), and Maria (Antonio). He was also a dear brother-in-law and uncle, and he cherished the love and connection he shared with all of his nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his siblings Fernando, survived by his wife Yvette, and his beloved sister Maria do Carmo and her husband Carlos, both of whom have since passed away and are tenderly remembered with love.

Joaquim had a passion for soccer and was a devoted supporter of his favourite team, Sporting Clube de Portugal (Sporting Lisbon). He also shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Molly, who brought him much happiness and companionship.

A man of faith and family, Joaquim’s memory will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. May he rest in the loving embrace of our Lord and may perpetual light shine upon him.

Prayers will be held on Tuesday, August 4 at 7:00p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel (1442 Main Street). The service will be held the following day on Wednesday, August 5, at 10:00a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel (1442 Main Street), all guests are invited to join the family for a reception at Cropo following the service.

É com profunda tristeza, mas com fé na promessa de vida eterna de Deus, que anunciamos o falecimento sereno de Joaquim Clemente Morgadinho, ocorrido no dia 24 de Julho de 2026, aos 75 anos de idade. Joaquim partiu em paz, rodeado pelo amor da sua família, que esteve ao seu lado no seu último momento.

Nascido em Silvares, Portugal, Joaquim viveu uma vida marcada pelos valores da família, da fé, da bondade e da dedicação aos seus entes queridos. Foi um marido amado de Rosa e um pai dedicado de Nuno ( Maria ). Foi um avô orgulhoso de Sofia e Natalia, que lhe trouxeram imensa alegria e encheram o seu coração de amor e orgulho.

Será recordado com muito carinho pelos seus irmãos: José ( Ermelinda ), Florentino ( Susan ), e Maria ( Antonio ). Joaquim tinha também um grande amor pela sua família alargada, especialmente pelos seus sobrinhos e sobrinhas.

Joaquim foi precedido na morte pelo seu irmão Fernando, deixando a sua esposa Yvette, e pela sua irmã Maria do Carmo e o seu querido marido Carlos, ambos já falecidos e lembrados com muito amor e ternura.

Apaixonado por futebol, Joaquim foi um grande adepto do seu clube favorito, o Sporting Clube de Portugal. Tinha também um carinho especial pelo seu fiel companheiro de quatro patas, a sua cadela Molly, que lhe trouxe muita alegria e companhia.

Homem de fé e de família, Joaquim deixará saudades profundas em todos aqueles que tiveram o privilégio de o conhecer e amar. Que Deus o receba no Seu Reino e que a luz perpétua brilhe sobre ele.
