Rosalinda Gloria "Nanay" / "Mama Rosie"

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rosalinda Gloria, affectionately known as "Nanay" & "Mama Rosie" Rosalinda passed away peacefully on June 21, 2026, surrounded by her loving family, just one day prior to her 79th birthday.

Rosalinda was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. Remembered for her gentle spirit, unwavering kindness, and fierce devotion to her family, she brought warmth, grace, and joy into every room she entered.

Her greatest joy in life was her family, particularly her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rosalinda was also an avid bingo player, approaching the game with a unique blend of competitive spark and a generous heart. She delighted in winning prizes specifically to surprise her great-grandchildren, finding immense happiness in seeing their faces light up. She leaves behind a rich legacy of love, strength, and beautiful memories that will be forever cherished.

She is survived by her devoted family, her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended relatives, and many dear friends who will miss her deeply.

A service to honour and celebrate Rosalinda’s beautiful life will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street.

A reception with refreshments and an opportunity for sharing memories will follow the memorial service at the chapel.
