John is survived by his two sons Jack and Nixon and their mother Ashley.

He also leaves to mourn his mother, Carol Sparham, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and colleagues from both the Winnipeg Fire Department and as Chief of the Headingley Fire Department.

John was predeceased by his father, Stan Sparham and Granny Anne Olinyk.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 20 at 1p.m. at Springs Church, 595 Lagimodiere Blvd.
