VIRGINIA FATIMA XAVIER Obituary

Virginia Fatima Xavier, March 27th 1951. The day she was born to wonderful parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

In Portugal, she made her way to Canada to start a new life with her Husband and 2 children, one of whom she had in Canada. With great inspiration and great sacrifice for her children, she endured and went through struggling times, but she made it, and she raised 3 beautiful children.

She was kind, sympathetic and respectful with all people. She stood by everyone she loved with all of her heart; she helped feed the Community for many years, volunteering and helping her friends, and now she leaves behind. The ones she loved the most, 3 children, her husband Manuel Luis, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, one on the way, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and 1 on the way. She will always be remembered as Vavo to everyone.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
